    Selection Process

    All applications are reviewed by human resources and the hiring manager once a job competition closes. Only applicants selected for further consideration will be contacted for an interview.

    If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you by phone to schedule a date and time. You may be required to complete a screening assessment in addition to an interview; this may include written exercises, presentations or other tasks to assess your qualifications.

    After the screening and interview process, we will contact your references if you are being considered as the top candidate. The LGCA will request the candidate’s authorization before conducting reference checks. Following the evaluation process, the successful candidate will be contacted by phone with an offer; unsuccessful candidates will be notified by mail.
