GAMING MARKET STUDIES
The LGCA, in its role to provide advice to the minister responsible for The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act, periodically conducts market studies to assess opportunities for growth or expansion of gaming in Manitoba. The most recent study, which concluded in early 2016, revealed that Manitoba gaming revenue has increased by $133 million since 2005, and that the market is now oversupplied throughout the province.
