NEW: As of April 1, 2023, the licence fee for most charitable gaming activities decreases from 1.5% to 1%.

    Details are as follows:

    • Raffles and Texas hold’em poker tournaments with gross revenues of more than $10,000, and bingos, media bingos, Calcutta auctions and sports drafts are subject to a licence fee of 1.0% of gross revenue to be submitted with the required financial reports.
    • This change has no effect on raffles and Texas hold'em poker tournaments with gross revenues of $10,000 or less. They continue to not be subject to licence fees.
    • Monte Carlo event fees are unchanged with a licence fee of $5 per game to be submitted with the licence application.
