Distributor Licences
The LGCA licenses all cannabis distributors in Manitoba. A cannabis distributor must have an agreement in place with Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MLLC).
This licence authorizes the holder when directed by MLLC, to acquire cannabis and sell it to MLLC, store it in Manitoba, and deliver it to retail cannabis.

Cannabis distributors must comply with the terms and conditions set by the LGCA.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
All cannabis distributors must meet the LGCA's security requirements.
APPLICATION FORMS
You must be approved by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries before you can apply to the LGCA for a licence. Approval by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries does not guarantee a licence.
The LGCA will not review your application before receiving Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries approval, so please do not apply before that.
You must submit a non-refundable licence application fee of $500 with the forms.
