Charitable Gaming Financial Reporting

First Nations gaming commissions must maintain records and publish an annual report of all charitable events they have licensed. The report must be submitted to the LGCA within 90 days of the LGCA’s fiscal year end.

First Nations VLT siteholders must maintain records and publish an annual report. The report must be submitted to the LGCA within 120 days of the LGCA’s fiscal year-end. All financial records used to support the annual report must be retained by the First Nations VLT siteholder for three years.
