No. The information collected during your background investigation is kept confidential by the LGCA under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. We only notify your employer whether or not your licence application is approved.
What if I am denied an employee licence?
Applicants are only denied a licence when there are serious concerns regarding their honesty or integrity. The LGCA will notify you in writing if your application is denied.
