Applicants are only denied a licence when there are serious concerns regarding their honesty or integrity. The LGCA will notify you in writing if your application is denied. You will be given an opportunity to speak to the LGCA about the details of the denial.
Applicants who are denied and disagree with this outcome may appeal the decision to the LGCA board. Click here for more information about the appeal process.
