Smart Choices is Manitoba’s responsible service training program, which includes a responsible gambling module. All persons delivering liquor or cannabis must successfully complete Smart Choices and must ensure proof of completion of the course is carried on their person during the course of their duties. Upon request, proof of successful completion of the course must be presented to a liquor or cannabis licensee, or inspector.
