The LGCA investigates all complaints about issues related to liquor, gaming and cannabis. 

To make a complaint, please provide as much information as possible. This includes the name of the organization or business, the time, date and description of the alleged incident or irregularity, any relevant documents, and the names of people involved. All information you provide will be kept confidential and your name will remain anonymous unless you give your permission to provide it to the licensee. You must make your complaint within 30 days of the alleged incident. . 

The LGCA is authorized to mediate disputes that arise between customers and licensees. Contact the LGCA to have a dispute investigated and to have us try to mediate a settlement. You must contact us within 30 days of the dispute.
