Public Notices
Citizen and community input is an important part of our application process. New liquor licence applicants are required to post a public notice at the proposed site, in the local paper and in any other form designated by the LGCA.
This public notice requirement gives citizens an opportunity to ask questions about a licence application and to object formally to an application. The LGCA will respond to all formal objections and will work to resolve objections before issuing a licence.
Click on the individual locations below to read the public notice poster, which includes information on how to object to a licence application.
