Requests for Proposals

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) in preparation for a public education research project on the topic of alcohol and cannabis use among mothers in Manitoba. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified research organizations (“candidates”) to conduct focus group research to more deeply understand mother’s behaviours related to alcohol and cannabis use (sometimes referred to as “wine moms” or “canna moms”), particularly how they may use these products to cope with motherhood and associated stressors (“project”).
